When is nd graduation

Please reply to the RSVP email sent to your Notre Dame student email address informing us you do not wish to attend and will therefore be graduating In Absentia.

If you do not attend your graduation ceremony you may collect your physical testamur from Student Administration at any time, in office hours, from the week following the Graduation Ceremony. Please bring photo ID with you. If you wish your physical testamur posted to you please contact the Cashier on 08 The testamur will be posted to you in the Graduation Folder by Registered Post.

If you are intending to complete your Pre-Medicine Certificate by the end of this semester, please send an email to fremantle. Students do not graduate from the Pre-Medicine Certificate but will receive a Certificate and Transcript upon completion. If you are studying any cross-institutional courses, in your last semester, it is your responsibility to obtain an official copy of your transcript results from the host institution.

You need to provide Student Administration with the official copy of your transcript of results no later than 5 PM on Friday, 26 November You may not be eligible to graduate in December , due to outstanding results if this is not received by the deadline. If your program has provision for Majors, Minors, or Specialisations, it is your responsibility to ensure that they have been recorded correctly. More detailed instructions are available via the Majors-Minors-Specialisations instructions.

Should you need to update any Majors, Minors, or Specialisations, please discuss this with your School as soon as possible.

My eQuals is a secure platform used by all universities in Australia and New Zealand to issue and authenticate academic records in a digital format. You can use My eQuals to safely share your digital documents with anyone you choose, such as employers, universities, and other parties. Further information is available in the My eQuals information flyer. Whenever an academic document is uploaded to My eQuals, you will receive an email from My eQuals to your ND email account.

You will need to complete a registration with My eQuals the first time a document is uploaded. Only use your student ID number when registering eg my. For subsequent ones you will need to simply log in. Further details can be found on the Notre Dame Alumni page. The Advancement Unit is responsible for Alumni relations and the first step is to ensure we have your correct and up-to-date details upon graduation.

Please take the time to update these details in your Student Centre, or visit the Alumni web page. If you have completed all the courses for your award and the marks and grades for every course are displayed on your record then you can apply for Early Program Complete if you need this urgently.

Please email fremantle. Include your name, student ID number, your award name and your School. The School will review your record to ensure you have met all the requirements for your award. Once this is finalised the Graduation Coordinator will let you know by email to your student email account that you have been recorded as Program Complete and that you can purchase a transcript displaying this if you wish.

The transcript you purchase will be uploaded to My eQuals for you to access at any time and as often as you wish. You can then use this transcript for registration with an industry body or to apply for employment or further study. Recording Program Complete onto your record automatically records you as applying to graduate or to have your degree awarded in the next conferral of awards ceremonies. If you do not wish to graduate or be a part of the next conferral of awards ceremonies either by attending or in absentia then please let the Graduation Coordinator know.

Please keep monitoring your student email account which will always be available to you so that you can keep abreast of emails or the Student Newsletter that will provide information regarding the next graduation or conferral of awards ceremonies.

Tickets are free. Tickets can be booked between 6 — 10 December and cannot be booked after 10 December. Graduation ceremony tickets Tickets for the Graduation Ceremonies can be booked through the Ticketek site from 6 — 10 December.

Approved: The academic requirements of your program have been met, and so you are eligible to graduate.

Please hire your Regalia if you plan to attend your ceremony and monitor your Notre Dame student email account for further emails with important information. Denied: Unfortunately, the academic requirements of your program have not been met, and so you are not currently eligible to graduate. Please contact your School to discuss. Regalia can be returned at the graduation venue immediately after your ceremony. Outstanding Fees You may not be eligible to graduate if you have outstanding fees, charges or penalties. Cross-Institutional Courses If you are studying any cross-institutional courses, in your last semester, it is your responsibility to obtain an official copy of your transcript results from the host institution.

At each graduation ceremony, the graduate with the highest Weighted Average Mark in attendance is invited to present the Farewell Address on behalf of all the graduates at that ceremony. We are pleased to advise that in-person graduation ceremonies for those students who graduated in March and March are taking place in Sydney Town in June.

Higher Degree by Research graduates should attend the ceremony applicable to their Faculty and School. The Graduates are those who had their award conferred on 29 March We will continue to provide further details regarding the ceremonies on this webpage, and should you have any queries, please contact the Graduation team at sydney.
